A New South Wales Health official has broken down while giving evidence at the inquiry into the Ruby Princess debacle. The hearing heard there was a failure to update the ship's log of sick passengers which could have prevented people being let off in Sydney. The revelation comes as Carnival Cruise Line announced its plan to resume sailing out of North America in three months.
